Thank you to Pouria for the amazing graphics and designs he has generated for Roseneath for the past year to help us celebrate world recognition days and holidays.
Today is Trans Day of Remembrance. It's important to remember those we have lost and those who continue to struggle so that we can work to make tomorrow easier for those to come. The biggest impact we can have is at a young age, for all kids. (Artwork by Claudia Davila for our production about a transgender child, "Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls")

The year 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the United Nations and its founding Charter. This anniversary comes in a time of great disruption for the world, compounded by an unprecedented global health crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with severe economic and social impacts. But it is also a reminder that times of struggle can become an opportunity for positive change and transformation. It’s time to Reimagine, Rebalance, Restart and Recover together for our shared humanity. #UN #UnitedNationsDay #Roseneath #RoseneathTheatre

We are thankful for the hard working teachers and educators who have adapted to new digital classrooms and social distanced schooling. We are thankful for all the parents who are doing their best to support their kids. And we are thankful for the artists who have been hit hard by the closing of the economy and who we look forward to seeing once again. #Thanksgiving #RoseneathTheatre #Roseneath #HappyThanksgiving

Please share- particularly if you are NOT in live events. We were the 1st to be out of work and will be among the last to come back during COVID-19. Tonight we... lit the country in red as a sign of solidarity to those sidelined. What can I say! So proud to be with such amazing people whom I call friends and colleagues. For my part I participated in lighting up Yonge Dundas Square. Thank you to the gorilla crew who knocked that out with me. Then I drove around town and got a little emotional. Featured on my drive - My home, YDS, NPS, CN tower, Scotiabank arena, Canada Life Building, Sheraton Center, Canstage, Ripley’s. Thank you to all who have shown support and thank you to all those participating in whatever way you can. Love to all my work family. I miss you and making magic with you. To everyone across Canada and beyond. Thank you for your support, and solidarity during this wild time. Check out all the places lit up on this map- www.lightuplive.ca Until we meet again. #lightuplive #webuildentertainment #wemakeevents #eclaironslesscenes #imisslivetheatre

Today, September 22, venues across the country are lighting up their windows in red to raise awareness for an industry that is still dark. Roseneath Theatre is taking part, along with Workman Arts, Theatre Gargantua and MADS in lighting up our offices and theatre space at St. Anne's Hall. We are in agreements with the goals of the event: government recognition that our industry is greatly affected by Covid-19. We are asking for continued financial support for live event wo...rkers and assistance for companies throughout the supply chain who work to create, produce, manufacture and support the live event industry. This grassroots coast to coast Day of Visibility could not happen without you and the support from many live event organizations who are all committed to shining a light on the live event industries. www.lightuplive.ca #LighUpLive #iMissLiveTheatreTO @liveeventcomm
