The semi blocking highway 7 by Netherhill has been moved and t...raffic is slowly moving again, just take it slow out there! There is a semi completely blocking highway 7 between Kindersley and Flaxcombe right now and a semi blocking traffic both ways on highway 7 just West of Netherhill! Be safe out there, and please do not travel unless absolutely necessary!! ~Desi

Meet Firefighter Dustin Grey. Dustin grew up in Portland Oregon and moved back to Saskatchewan in 2017. Dustin joined the Fire department this year. He works full time at Western sales as a Detailer and is also a property Caretaker. In his free time Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, playing sports and attending church. Thank you, Dustin for your continued years of service to the Rosetown Fire Department.

Meet Firefighter Lydia Anderson. Lydia grew up in southern Alberta before moving to Rosetown in 2015 where she now lives with her family. Lydia joined the Fire department in 2019. She works as an Early Childhood Educator at Rosetown Kid Kare. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors camping in the summer and in the winter you can find her curled up with a blanket reading a good book. Thank you, Lydia for your continued years of service to the Rosetown Fire Department.

Meet Firefighter Kaitlynn Antonenko. Kaitlynn grew up on a farm north of Biggar and has lived in Rosetown with her family for the last four years. Kaitlynn joined the Fire Department in 2019. She works as a Primary Care Paramedic in Rosetown. In her free time, she enjoys baking, going to the gym and spending time enjoying the outdoors with her two boys. Thank you, Kaitlynn for your continued years of service to the Rosetown Fire Department.

Meet Firefighter Jason Cledgett. Jason grew up in Gananoque Ontario before moving to Rosetown with his family in 2016. Jason joined the Fire department in 2019. He works at Western Sales as a John Deere Technician. In his free time Jason enjoys, hunting, gaming and spending time with his family. Thank you, Jason for your continued years of service to the Rosetown Fire Department

Meet Firefighter Foster Klippenstein. Foster was born and raised in Creston BC and now lives in Rosetown with his family and has been on the Fire department for the last 3 years. Foster works In the Vault at Brick and Mortar. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skydiving and going to the gym. Foster’s hard work and dedication earned him a spot in the 2020 Firefighters calendar which raises money for the Jim Pattisons Children Hospital. Thank you, Foster for your years of continued service to the Rosetown Fire Department.

Meet Firefighter Brett Herbert. Brett was born and raised in Regina before moving to Rosetown with his family in 2014 and has been with the Rosetown Fire Department since 2017. Brett works full time as a plumber for the Sunwest School division and casually with Rosetown Ems. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hunting, as well as many other activities with his children. Thank you, Brett for your years of continued service to the Rosetown Fire Department.

Meet Firefighter James Koss. James grew up in Tofield AB. James came to Rosetown in 2009 where he now lives with his wife and three children. He has been with the Rosetown fire department since July of 2018. James works as a journeyman plumber for Dale’s Plumbing and Heating. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and anything else that involves the outdoors. Thank you, James for your continued years of service to the rosetown fire department.

Meet Firefighter Brendan Paproski. Brendan was born and raised in Rosetown and has been with the Rosetown Fire Department for the last 6 years. Brendan currently works full time as a Primary Care Paramedic in Rosetown. In his free time, he enjoys playing, coaching, and watching sports and spending time at the lake with family and friends. Thank you, Brendan for your years of continued service to the Rosetown Fire Department.

Meet Firefighter Michael Moreside. Mike was born and raised in Rosetown and has been with the Rosetown Fire Department for the last 17 years. Mike is currently employed by SaskEnergy as a Service/Maintenance Technician and has recently become an instructor within the company. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his two children, his girlfriend Stacia, and her four children. Usually harassing them with dad jokes. Thank you, Mike for your many years of continued service to the Rosetown Fire Department.

Meet Captain Duayne Leys. Duayne grew up on a farm south of Rosetown and now lives in Rosetown with his wife Christine. They have two kids and three grandchildren. Duayne is the owner of Mainstreet Computer Solutions in Rosetown. When not working in his store he enjoys fishing and boating with his family and following around his wife and her kayaking crew. Thank you Duayne, for your 25 years of continued service to the Rosetown Fire Department.
