As of January 1st 2019 there will be two new ( Board Approved ) rules regarding the Community Centre Pool, on your first visit back in 2019, all members are asked to bring with them and produce, a copy of their proof of residency along with their pool card, as the pool cards will be stamped annually for our records. Everyone is welcome to take part in our FREE Adult Excercise Class no matter your age, it is never too late to get started! improve strength, flexibility and balance through a fun, modifiable,energized excercise program! You never have to run,jump or get on the floor. No fees. all levels welcome. Laughs are free. mondays 11:00 A.m. to 12:15 P.M.
