So it has been a long time since I posted a project. This one started in March and I had to work alone because of covid so it has taken me a long time. Gerry Deboo secured the foundation for the house and then I was able to.start my end. House out of level almost 6 inches so I leveled it and raised it another 5.5 inches to get 7ft 8 in or so ceilings in basement. I am trying something different for.the exterior corners, building them out to look shaker style. Redesigned en...tire interior from drab rancher with no living space downstairs to open concept up stairs by removing walls and installing a 24ft lvl beam. From ordinary Ranchstyle house.. To extraordinary open concept home. Buried 3ply 12 inch x 24 ft LVL beam to achieve desired results. Having fun fine tuning my design to achieve the goals.

Open concept begins with hidden beams. 24 ft 3 PLY 11 7/8 LVL. It was a good afternoon of working. The 3 of us did a great job..me myself and I...never to old. 60 is the new 30..lol

Next design and build project. Level and lift and rebuild the client their dream home on a budget. Great location with loads of sunshine. Thanks to Gerry Deboo for fixing the foundation and putting in the new drainage. This will be home for awhile.
