This last week has really taken a toll on me! I feel that we really exhaust ourselves with expectations, new year, new deadlines and goals. It really moves us away from what is already within : PEACE, LIGHT, JOY. We all deserve to see it, feel it and embrace it , every single day! Do not let the worries, fears and anxieties distract you from all the brightness and peace that is already inside of you WE can dream and work for more while being in deep gratitude for today.

Why not ? Most people don’t know that energy healing and natural healing are some of the main reasons why I’m as healthy and alive as I am today. And though I ...don’t advocate on social media,every single day and every conversation is usually related to some form of healing, improving and ascending in my spiritual sphere. In my studies in anthropology and my experience as a mental health patient, it’s very clear and obvious that most people depend on the western and biomedical models of health. And though I won’t discredit those schools of thought, I think it’s extremely important to look elsewhere. It’s important to be aware of the fact that so many options are available and, that returning to the basics , to ancient remedies , techniques and wisdom is truly so powerful. When you realize that you can really overcome many obstacles with natural healing and connect to your inner self at a much more positive and healthy rate than you truly do begin healing every single part of you. I am beyond blessed to be able to connect with the most precious energy healers in my own times of illness. Those who chose to see me as a whole spirit, body and mind, those who understood the power within me and those that truly believe in their healing abilities. Energy is all we have and is the most powerful currency, when we begin to tap into these spheres of existence, that is when the real beauty in life begins. I am so grateful to be on my path as a natural healer through my Vaastu Shastra expertise and all else that is to come. The universe is always supporting us, there is always more to things you can see. The answers are everywhere and the ancient wisdom never lies. Trust
