On Friday we finished up the exterior on this custom home build. We are loving the white with black windows, drip edge and Eavestroughing.

Quick update on this beautiful custom Home we have been building. Siding is 95% complete and the inside is insulated/vapour barried and strapped. Drywall starting Monday then onto interior finishing! Stay tuned and stay safe everyone

All fab is on site and hoisting trusses. Biggest truck load of trusses we have seen. Theses pictures don’t show the shear size of these monsters. #allfab #customhomes

35x12 lean-to we just finished on a 46x32 garage that we built last year. Metal roofing with 4 clear panels for natural light. Owner is going to install barn board from their families mill!

A nice little 32 bundle roof we stripped, water proofed and shingled in the 27 degree heat today. With a view like this the rosiak carpentry crew sure didn’t mind! (Sorry if video is blurry)

114 bundle roof at the Hudson fire hall we did last week. The rosiak carpentry team hammered this roof out in record time even with the 30 degree heat.

Finished product of a kitchen Reno we completed this past winter. Absolutely in love with the butcher block island top! These customers have good taste!
