2013 Mercedes-Benz C300 The dealer had refused to fix, instead they choose to try to sell the door panel, customer quickly researched the info on the repair & found out it can be done, without replacing the door panel. Customer supplied the part I simply installed it! Another happy customer with more money left in his pocket!

Are there strange new noises coming from your vehicle?? Don't mistake a small noise for something small!! This customers "small noise" turned into a bid deal! Complete differential bearing replacement, luckily caught this in time that it didn't take out the diff gears and axles! Get that noise checked out people!!!

Good morning people of facebook. Today I'm gonna answer a very simple question that I'm asked very frequently by customers, either by company owners with large fleets or by your everyday driver. The question I'm most frequently asked is "how do you get the job done so quickly?" I have a very simple common sense answer to that question! Being clean, organized & of course experience!! I can't stress that enough in this trade, or any trade for that matter! Obviously experience c...omes with time, but the other two are practice, pride of workmanship & realizing that your a product of your environment. For instance the Cleaner & more organized my tools & job are the quicker I can be in re-assembled, The faster it is for me to remember how it works or is put back together. I'm not fumbling on grease tools or searching for that socket that is hidden under a pile of dirty parts and tools! Disassemble is usually very dirty process, but that doesn't mean the assemble has to be that way. By taking a few minutes after a dirty disassemble & cleaning your tools or sweeping up, you'd be amazed by how much more efficient you can be! I've been amazed by some of the things i've seen in this trade and what some mechanics consider as good practice in the shop!! What's even more unbelievable is how customers except that as part of the job! Like the dirt and grime is part of the service they get/pay for or maybe they just don't know!! But I can promise this, NOT IN MY SHOP!! See more

2014 Lincoln MKT with about 25000km, comes in for an oil change & says I hear a clicking whenever I'm turning left or right, so I have a look, ends up being a left axle is no good, so i tell him it should be covered by warranty it's within there conditions!! Long story short, comes back about a week later & dealer tells him, "it's not covered" typical dealers, they cover everything else but what's wrong! Anyways re & re a brand new axle & got my self a happy customer! Thanks dealers, you sure know how to treat people!

Here's a quick job for ya, customer calls I have an air leak I'm sending the truck over to you now, need it done ASAP!!! Talk about pressure, eh, No pun intended lol ended up being a quick lift axle air spring fix. In & out in less then a day! Safe to say customer was happy to put big boy back to work!!
