The RCAC invites local youth to join artist Cath Ruthven on January 17th, 2021 to save a retired snowboard and learn about painting a mountain scene. Open to youth ages 10 and up. The snowboards will be primed and ready for painting! All you need to bring is your lunch, water, and masks. The magic will happen from there....
