Once people have had a chance to read this update we will hide the post to avoid further stress, inappropriately shared by some of you. - - - - - - - Congratulations to a member of our Rotary family, Kamala Harris, who has just been elected to one of the highest political positions as Vice-President elect of the United States. Kamala is a Paul Harris Fellow and Past Rotary Club Charter President. She lived in Canada for several years where she received much of her elementary and high school education. Well done, Kamala. We are proud of you.

I appreciate it's hard for us to relate to this as we have all been vaccinated. So many children of the world do not have that medical access. Since 1985 Rota...rians have vaccinated millions of children. #1 purpose of Rotary...End Polio. Today is International End Polio Now day. In August Africa was declared polio free...all 42 nations. Afghanistan' and Pakistan still have cases. Until the wild polio virus is wiped from this planet, children around the world must continue to receive vaccinations. Rotary will not stop until this is accomplished. See more
