Thank you to one of our members who took these much needed medical supplies to Haiti - medications that these individuals would not have received normally. Than...ks to another member's spouse who signed off on the medication, ensuring that it was current. Together, seemingly small acts, add up to make a BIG difference. From 1990 to 2015, the number of people living in extreme poverty worldwide dropped by more than 50 percent from 1.9 billion to 836 million. While those numbers prove that positive change is possible, they also show that the challenge has not yet been met. Rotary clubs all over the world work with communities to enhance economic and community development. We are passionate about providing sustainable solutions to poverty. #rotary #rotary7070
