Rotary Club of Corner Brook 22.11.2020

The World Polio Day proclamation was signed by the Mayor Jim Parsons of Corner Brook at City Hall yesterday, Friday, October 23. I n attendance were Rotarian club president Chris Healey, Rotarian club secretary Kathleen Snow, and City Councillor and Rotarian Bernd Staeben. After the signing, the mayor, city officials, and Corner Brook Rotarians headed to the public green space at the head of West Street to plant tulip bulbs. More than 100 bulbs were planted in front of the... concrete foundation intended for the installation next spring of the Corner Brook sign. This has been a great Rotary project, one that benefited the Rotary End Polio Now Fund and which promises to help beautify our city in the spring. City of Corner Brook Mayor Jim Parsons See more
