Dear Rothewood Families, Considering the new Provincial Health Orders announced today and, out of an abundance of caution, effective immediately Rothewood Academy will be instituting the following COVID-19 safety measures at all schools. These policies are in place to keep children, families and staff safe. COVID Safety policies:... - During gradual entry only 1 parent per family may attend. - Any parent entering the school must wear mask. - Temperatures will be checked upon arrival. - ANY illness must reported immediately and any child that with systems consistent with the COVID 19 illness checklist will be sent home. - Teachers will be required to wear masks while at the school and undergo temperature screening each morning. As always, we take safety very seriously so Rothewood Academy will be operating with high levels of cleaning/sanitizing ensuring our staff and children are safe. All Rothewood Academy Schools are large schools with large playgrounds so we are very well positioned to offer care in the safest way possible.
