Snapping out the floor, or using a chalk line to transfer the floor plan from blueprint to floor, isn’t the sexiest job on a build, but it’s pretty important. Done right, and the job goes smooth from foundation to ridge line. Screw it up and the trades behind you will be using a lot of colorful language.

With the shingles and electrical rough in done on our Blackfalds garage project, some cedar (finally) delivered for a Mountview deck, and the first of two Blackfalds duplexes ready to stand walls, the fall rush is officially underway. We might be booking into November now, but don’t let that deter you from asking us about your project. We don’t shut down for winter.
