To our Patients, Families and Friends, The province has recently permitted dental offices to reopen. While this is good news, it doesn’t mean it’s back to business as usual. We are still in the midst of a pandemic and so we’re taking extra precautions to ensure everyone is protected against the spread of COVID-19. Over the coming weeks, we will gradually introduce patients to our new normal. We have a new clinic (which we are excited to share with all of you!), but we al...so have new protocols and standards set forth by the RCDSO, our governing body. Our priority right now is to carefully fulfill these safety requirements. Over the next month, we will gradually be able to accommodate more patients and more types of treatments. Our first priority will be to help those patients who are in the greatest need of care. In the meantime, if you are experiencing a dental emergency, please phone our office and we will provide you with the support you need. Although the office is not officially open today, we are working hard to ready our clinic and schedule in patients so we can recommence care in the coming weeks. Our ultimate priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and our team. We truly appreciate your patience. In accordance with recommendations from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) regarding COVID-19, our office will be closed until further notice. The RCDSO strongly recommends that all non-essential and elective dental services will be suspended immediately. Emergency treatment will continue as required.
