Release 1/3 Today Yes, we did it, a West-Coast IPA. West Coast IPAs were our first love as IPA drinkers and have always held a special place in our hearts. We first brewed this beer in early 2017 and figured it was time for a return. This IPA was fermented with California Ale yeast, and brewed just pale barley malt- no oats or wheat. We dry hopped with Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo for notes of orange peel, pine, and ruby red grapefruit. We dare you to try this beside on...e of our hazies and see how different they taste. A crisp and refreshing IPA great for warmer weather. Also- we’re okay, don’t worry about us, we have plenty of other hazy beers coming and available.

Two new releases today! Malt Mates is a bourbon barrel aged Scotch ale released just in time for Robbie Burns day! Made with 100% Scottish golden promise malt and 5 different specialty malts for a complex and rich malt character. Aged in freshly emptied Willett Distillery bourbon barrels for 8 months. Blue Batch River is a hazy IPA made in collaboration with @smallbatchdispatch for their monthly curation. We took a hazy IPA hopped with Citra, Nelson and Loral and then added butterfly pea flower powder (a natural food colouring) that gives this beer a wild purple/blue colour depending on the light. We have a very limited quantity remaining to sell out of our store.

Two new releases today! First off we have One Finger Snap IPA w/Galaxy. Loaded with notes of peach, mango and a touch of dank. Body and mouthfeel very much on point here. We also release Double Holy Trinity today. Hopped to all hell with Citra, Cryo Citra, Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic and Simcoe for a resinous blast of orange peel, blueberry and pomelo. Available today in the online store and retail shop.

Both these on tap now at the brewery! Apricot Hard Seltzer- Made with 250lbs of real apricot puree for a clean fresh apricot flavour and dry crisp finish. Refreshing and easy drinking.... One Finger Snap IPA w/HPA-016- This version of our single hop IPA features an experimental Australian hop called HPA-016 (just officially named 'Eclipse'). Hazy and thicc with notes of mango juice, mandarin orange, and grapefruit peel. Please note that these beers are only available on tap at the brewery, and will be available in cans this Monday.

Hot damn. We brought in a couple beers from our buddies at Badlands and Third Moon. Available in store at noon. Small quantity will be available online at noon. Also we are releasing limited quantities of our 2018 Bourbon barrel aged stout variant.

Today we release Nothing Really Matters #5! Made with wheat and oats for some serious body and haze. Hopped with Galaxy and Cryo Simcoe for notes of ripe mango, fresh cut pine and orange peel. This one has a real firm bitterness that will subside as the hops settle. Available today on the online store!
