Hi everybody! Some folks were asking for a Vegan New Years Eve Meal so here you go! Only available December 31. 11am to 7:30pm 4 courses to eat in any order you like! First - Baked Brie Our Creamy cashew brie baked in a sourdough puff pastry with toasted maple walnuts. Topped with a cranberry spread and caramelized onions. Second - Salad... A very Roughage Salad with mixed leafy greens, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, red onions, hemp hearts, fresh herbs with a citrus & pomegranate reduced vinaigrette Third - Pasta Bake Cannelloni filled with an almond & tofu ricotta, basil, spinach and herbs. Baked in a San Marzano tomato sauce with a cashew cheezy sauce on top. *GF option is with rolled Zucchini slices filled same filling as Cannelloni. Forth - Cheeze Cake A slice of Biscoff cookie cheeze cake. This cashew based cheeze cake has the iconic Biscoff flavor and a bit of crunch to it. It is also a perfect pairing with coffee!
