Current guests, (4 nights stay). Such a nice couple. Must love Filipino breakfast, 2 days in a row. Today I served them a sampler of four classic pork breakfast with garlic fried rice and choice of egg From left to right. Tocino, Longanisa, Adobo and my style Lechon kawali (crunchy rind roasted pork).

My version of the Angel biscuit. Cross between a dinner roll and regular biscuit, popularized by US Southerners. Heavenly soft and deliciously yummmmyy

Chef Rowena prepared a special meal for some guests from Vancouver. Surf and turf.

Evacuation alert for a large chunk of Penticton has been lifted.

Today’s guests are 5 pretty young ladies from Vancouver. I cooked/ prepped a 3 course dinner upon request on first night.

Having only opened on August 1 after the covid lockdown, we are so pleased we are able to maintain our review scores.
