Happy Monday!!! As promised it's PICKLE week!! We have Dill Pickle Soup , Dill Pickle Bread , Dill Pickle Cream Cheese Ball rolled in BACON and we make a delicious Dilled Macaroni Salad with PICKLES (no pics yet sorry) Mmmmm good! And we have some Dill Pickle pizza buns!! So the pickle buns were about a 50/50 success lol Our youngest son and I liked them a lot, but my husband and older son, not so much lol these puppies are stuffed with chicken, ham, cheese an...d of course PICKLES, in a garlic Alfredo sauce. They are unique, and if you're intrigued but leary lol we are selling these in packs of 6 for $10. If you're feeling bold the 12 pack is $20. Soup is $10 for a litre Pickle bread is $10 per loaf Cheese ball is $15 and about a 4 inch round ball. We love these so much...they never last long!! And the Pickle Salad is $10 for 1L. I wish pictures could capture how amazing it all smells! And as always, we are open for custom orders, and every flavor of pizza buns! Today we are trying a new pizza bun...pickle flavored!! If it's as yummy as we think it will be, it will be added to the menu this week! Get ready for a week of pickled goodness!!! Of course you can still order all our other goodies and we're always open for custom orders!!

Do you know what I love best about homemade pie??? The left over crust!!! A little cinnamon and sugar, baked to a golden perfection mmmmm Does anyone else do this? You see this weekend is my handsome, hard working husband's birthday. When we first started dating I asked him what his favorite cake was...he answered "pie" lol and so this weekend he will get his "birthday pie"...apple to be specific! And one of the great things about apple pie, is that you can freeze it in its raw form for a couple months, and when you get that craving, thaw it, bake it and voila an easy delicious treat!! Make sure you have the ice cream to go with it tho ;) Happy Friday to you all!!!

Big shout out to all our customers!! We have been busy baking this week, and we did a few custom orders...which has me trying new yummy dishes!! I love learning new recipes, and ways to cook. This week we have done a couple gluten and dairy free treats which is fun!! And last week we made sour cabbage rolls for the first time. I have to say, they were delicious!! We have 2 frozen trays left for $25/each if anyone is interested. There are 24 small rolls in each one. These rolls are stuffed with sticky rice and bacon...lots of yummy bacon!
