Hey Everyone! I just finished watching the news video about the moving scandal on CBC news. I am deeply disappointed and shocked on how a moving company can treat their customers with such disrespect. Charging hidden fees has been something I have been aware of since being involved in the moving industry, but was unaware of holding customers belongings hostage until the bill 6x amount quoted was paid. It turns my stomach to see people being treated this way, especially in o...ur own surrounding area.
