A Rowley custom... Picnic table?! Yes. Yes indeed. Built with the same care as any of our guitars. If you want one you know where we are.
As some of you know, my day job is carpentry. This is a project I just finished. If you live in Alberta and want a deck or other construction projects let me know! I was just set to finish my 4th year of carpentry and get my ticket when this Covid thing shut school down. But I will get my ticket soon! Guitars are still in progress and will continue to be.
Spent the day back in the shop! Working on a pretty fun build! More info and updates to come..
Come join me as I build a guitar! I'll be trying to post a weekly update vlog on this build. If you're interested in the guitar shoot me a message and we can make a deal!
Finally getting the shop organized! It's been a long time coming. Then we will be starting in on something new.
This gorgeous Lester is back up for sale! $1399! The sound and feel of this guitar is like no other. Shoot me a message if you'd like more info or want to buy it!
Thinking about this beauty today! This was a really fun project with one of our favourite clients.
Just a bit of finishing up to do. I really like this guitar. I should almost keep it.
We've been quiet here for awhile! But this is our current stock guitar. An E-type! This is getting a new kind of lacquer and is really turning out nicely! It's going to be $1399 CAD when complete! So get in touch if you want it. Gonna have a maple neck and fretboard. It's within a couple weeks of being finished completely!
More hiking than guitar building this summer. But we've got something in the works that will really be special. In the meantime look at this. Best motivation for building something is nature.
This thinline telecaster had a couple knots in the walnut body. So I used epoxy that I tinted to fill them. It turned out beautifully!
We've been a bit radio silent over her for awhile, but that's because we've been working hard. This gorgeous thinline is a custom order from New Zealand!
We looooove thinlines around here. This gorgeous walnut body roasted cherry top thinline will go to New Zealand! We love international orders!!
Got this one completely finished and sent off to it's new home!! Sad to let it leave, the PAF in the neck was deadly!!
Had to post another picture of myself cause the shop just got a whole lot more mojo! @couch_riffs shirt! Go listen to couch riffs podcast and give them a follow!
A rare sighting!(me) This Esquire has been in the works for quite awhile. It's a spec guitar so it gets put on back burner while we have commissions to work on! I'm currently trying to decide on what pickup it's gonna get. What is your favorite tele bridge pickup?
Can't beat a hand carved neck.
