Royal Canadian Legion Branch 217 11.01.2021

Comrade Past President Gordon Jeffs ( May 11, 1940 - January 4, 2021 ) It is a with a heavy heart that we share the families announcements of the passing of Comrade Jeffs. Our fallen soldier not only served his country during wartime he served The Royal Canadian Legion in one form or another for 25 years this year. Dedicating his time not only in the serving of officer roles but in the mentoring of the up and comers. To say he will be deeply missed feels like an understate...ment. You will see that we have dropped our Canadian flag to half mast in honour of Gord’s service. Perhaps if you knew him, say a little good bye in front of the cenotaph just as I have; and reflect on the service he provided our Country. Lest we Forget Angela Member chair
