Kudos to Royal Heritage. There are eight million stories in the Naked City and is one of them. (Vintage TV series.) Last week I sold a home conditional on financing which unfortunately fell through. Royal Heritage in my opinion has a excellent internal system. Every showing is saved, I called an agent that wasn’t able to show it because it had just sold conditional. ... Low and behold she showed it that night and it sold firm the next day. I started in real estate when the average price in Toronto was around $40,000. and interests rates were around 12%. My point is I have seen quite a bit in real estate since 1974 and in my opinion Royal Heritage is the the real deal and I believe better days ahead.
