He came out within the week assessed the problem (spidermites) and implanted around 10 systemic insecticide capsules into the tree trunks. I didn't want to do the spraying myself nor have herbicide pollute the air which other companies had suggested. My trees now look fantastic and very happy with the service and job performed.
