We ended off our very unnormal year with record sales! 2020 was full of surprises. The Metro Market saw a 10% increase in residential unit sales year over year, with a median sale price up 9.2% at $290K at the end of 2020. The micro markets of St John's, Paradise and CBS all saw large increases in unit sales in the month of December. Sometimes 2020 was not all that bad! We have also grown now to 60 agents.
