Royal Road Veterinary Hospital 11.11.2020

Its hard to believe 2020 is winding down! It certainly has been an interesting year with many new challenges that we have all had to adapt to. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful clients for their patience and understanding as we continue to operate under our Covid-19 protocols. Just a reminder to everyone: Our hours during Covid-19 are Monday-Friday 7:30am 5:30pm. There is always a veterinarian available on call after hours should you need eme...rgency services. We are still asking that all food and prescription refills be phoned in at least 24 hours prior to pick up. Prescriptions always need to be checked with our veterinarians before filling and some require special order. Did you know that you can order your pet’s food online through our online store? You can have your pet’s food delivered to our hospital or directly to your home (for an extra charge). Ask our staff for more details of you are interested! We are still asking that everyone calls the office when you arrive at our hospital, either for an appointment or to pick up product. If we are not able to get to the phone, please leave a message with your name and your vehicle description and someone will be along to help you as soon as we can. Because of this, our phone lines can sometimes be busier than normal. If you can’t get through, please leave a message for us on our voicemail. For non-emergencies, you can also send us a Facebook message or an email to [email protected]. We will get back to you before the end of the business day. Unless its an emergency situation or for compassionate care reasons, we are only permitting ONE person per household in the hospital for all routine appointments. As per the New Brunswick Health and Safety regulations, everyone entering our hospital MUST wear a mask. If you are not able to for health reasons, please let our staff know and we will make special arrangements for you. These are challenging times for us all, but we will get through it together by following public health guidelines and by showing kindness, patience and understanding.
