Today is Remembrance Day. Please take a moment of silence to remember the soldiers, nurses, and dogs that worked extremely hard for our freedom. From deep within our hearts, we thank them for their service.

It may not be a well known fact but dogs played an important role in helping soldiers during the war. Whether it be warning troops of another troops' presence, detecting land mines, or searching for their fallen comrades, dogs have been a soldier's best friend for a long time. On November 11, 2020, let's not forget those who fought for our freedom.

Do you have a senior pet? Regular physical examinations and bloodwork are crucial to your pet being happy and healthy during his or her golden years. We want to help your senior pets stay healthy!

Have you brought in a stool sample for your pet yet? Doing so is super important as results can show if your pet is carrying any parasites! When you drop off your fecal sample, make sure to ask about our parasite preventatives to ensure the health and safety of your furry friends

To our valued clients and patients, During this time of crisis, we are offering telehealth visits via video and phone call. If your pet is in need of a consultation to see if it is necessary to physically come in the office or if you need a refill on a medication, we may be able to help. The consult and medication can be paid for over the phone with pickup through the front door thus limiting exposure for yourself and our staff. In the event we still need to physically see your pet to do X-Rays, Blood work or other procedures, we are still taking spaced out appointments in the office with minimum contact between staff and client. There has been an increase all over Ontario of missing and stolen pets. We wanted to take the time to express the importance of microchipping because its a form of identification and ownership that cannot be removed.
