Update January 27, 2020 The electrical supply for all floors, except the fifth and sixth, is projected to be activated on Thursday Jan. 30, 2020. The fifth and sixth floors are projected to remain without service for the next 7 days for now.... All residential units will be entered by RWT staff and all electrical breakers in the units will be turned off. As power is restored to the floor, all breakers will be turned back on individually to prevent a power surge. All residents are encouraged to unplug all electrical devices prior to Wednesday Jan 29, 2020. Some of the major components have arrived and more are on the way. Insurance: RWT is not responsible for any claims. Please ensure you contact your insurance agent for coverage eligibility. Please double bag any contents from fridges or freezers and bring them to the garbage room for proper disposal. Do not use garbage chute.
