Mental Wellness.....This is something a lot of people silently suffer from and it's not necessary to go through it alone. What is your 1st step when you feel like things are mentally piling up on you. 1. Feed your cells -how much water are you drinking per day (your body needs water) coffee, tea, pop drinks....does not count... 2. Are you feeding your cells the 9 essential amino-acids daily? I know the first question is "WHAT is that?" Do some research or ask me. But it is very important because that is what feeds your cells and keeps your cells healthy. 3. Have self-care treatments on your Central Nervous System, Lymphathic system and general body structure (Can be done through CranioSacral therapy) 4. Now the hard one. Start addressing some of the emotional obstacles that you have suffered from in the past and dealing with right now. Know what tools you need to deal with these obstacles daily. It's important to remember when on a weight loss program that you focus on your inches lost instead of the weight. If you loose weight fast you are probably loosing muscle instead of fat. That's not good.
