This Armstrong system was reliable and lasted for over 20 years. It was time to upgrade to a quieter, more efficient Armstrong system. With a professional installation, the customer couldn’t be happier. www.royheating.ca

A low profile garage heater looks good and keeps your garage cosy during these cold winter months.

A ductless heat pump system is a great way to add heating and air conditioning to a room that running ductwork too just isn’t possible. They look good, quiet and are more efficient than your stand alone ac unit.

I had a service call on an 11 year old furnace with multiple issues from the day it was installed. As a HVAC Technician, Service Technician and a Gas license holder. It is my duty to keep an eye out for any code violations, installation errors and any conditions that are considered as dangerous to my customers. I’ll be honest, there has been several times I let minor issues go if it doesn’t cause a dangerous situation. ... From my first step into a customers home/business I’m checking for (CO) carbon monoxide. Than looking around as I make my way to the a gas appliance or equipment that needs work done. I won’t walk around snooping in the home/business but I will be doing a quick scan of the area around me. If there any is minor issues that I see I will bring it up the customer and give them my recommendations and leave it up to them to make the decision if they want it corrected. But if there is a major condition or safety issue I again will notify the customer that I WILL be doing the repairs and the cost to do the repairs or I will tag the equipment and report it to the gas company as unsafe. Once I enter a home/business it IS my job to make sure when I leave that home/business that everything I can see is in a safe condition. The safety of my customers is the #1 thing that I’m concerned with. So if you need a service or repair done and want me to walk in with blinders and only look a the equipment that I’m there for, than you will need to call another company. Because I will always be scanning the area for issues. All reputable HVAC contractors should be doing the same thing. We all are licensed under the same organization and have the same responsibilities, the safety of customers and general public.

Another change out of a Magic Pak that has done its job for 22 years. The heat exchanger was at the end of its life, no holes or cracks but it was coming anytime now. No need to wait for it to become a dangerous situation.
