Holiday hours. We are open usual days (Wednesday thru Sunday) right through the holidays with the exception of Christmas Day and New Years Day...those 2 days ...we are closed to give our staff time off with their family. Come on down and enjoy the warm embrace of our festive ambience and the heartfelt care from our wonderful staff. You're @ home here.

These tasty monster cookies are a holiday favourite - just add butter and egg and pop them in the oven. Then voila! Instant warm delicious cookies! Made by Annabelle Whitehead, $5 per jar.

Gnomes are once again 'the' icon of holiday decorations even here in Royston. We have it on good authority that this particular one will get some sprucing up as Christmas gets closer. If you're out and about on a walk and spot this rather tall fellow, take a photo and share it in our comments section or tag us by including us in your post @RoystonCommunityClub

Evening everyone, For 7 years the Spirit of Kids Christmas Market (Craft Fair) has enjoyed wholesome engagement with young and old on a genuine and personal le...vel. Our retired community looks forward to chatting with and getting to know each and every student. The patrons have always left with unusual and wonderful gift purchases. In turn our crafters have excelled and impressed all of us with their talents and imagination. This year is challenging. If your kids and young folk are still interested in selling and reaching out to the community, please start photographing some items. Create a name, pricelist, Bio and of course contact method and post to this page. Etransfers are the easiest method of payment. This page will be shared. Purchased items can be safely dropped off at the Hall for pick up during the week. I can help. Then share the group post with lots of people and other groups. Parents will certainly be more involved. The Hall manager, Fred Tutt will reach out to local retirees and philanthropic groups. Barb Ski, advertising and marketing manager will create the online poster and info for sharing. Our group posts will be shared daily amongst the local volunteer groups through the Royston Community Club fb page. Sales can continue for as long as the crafters post items. I recognise how impersonal this approach is, ( no music, food, raffle, excitement) but we can still try to spread the Spirit of Christmas? On a personal note, I already have a list of items I need to buy. I look forward to the photos!
