New addition to the honey house. This uncapping table will certainly make removing the wax cappings from honey frames much easier! Next task is to instal an overhead light. Looking forward to the 2021 season!

Oct 29,2020 and the girls are still bringing in pollen!

Today on the farm dried Italian spicy sausage and dried Coppa. Overnight drying in the kitchen then a month each in the garage refrigerator.
