RQ Training Nutrition 01.02.2021

The person who waits for the perfect moment to step forward will stay in the same spot their whole life. We worry if it’s the right action, right direction and right timing. We waiting for the correct instructions or guidance because we hate hearing later That was wrong!... What if we don’t let the fear control us? What if we accepted a high probability of failure and are willing to get back up and correct it? What if we said we can fail more times to know sooner? Messy action was a guidance given to me by @gavinmchale1, not to overthink moving forward. It helped me find my legs to move forward and not stay until the same spot. I may have stumbled sometimes, but at least I stumbled forward. What’s the next step for you?

Being Wrong Never Felt So Right This quote is the hallmark of my year and what’s new perspective I have on my life and career. This year has been a revolution for my mindset and lifestyle approach. I have learnt more in the last 8 months than I did in the last 8 years. I've learnt more about my behaviour, human behavior, exercise, training, business and nutrition by doing something very important.....Being okay with being wrong. I opened my mind to other's opi...nions and beliefs. Guess what happened. I learnt more.....Way more. In the begining of 2020, I knew I wanted to grow, but didn't know how. Quite possibly because I was only listening to myself and my belief systems. When Covid hit, I turned to a new way of doing business with @gavinmchale1 and Maverick coaching. I hated to admit a previous coworker of mine was going to teach me how to be successful. Now him and his colleague, @lindsayjanewrites have redefined my path to give me a real future in my career. I was able to step fully into my own business and rely on myself. Around that same time of the year, one of my best friends had actually challenged me on some of my nutritional knowledge. I remember he had asked me, Who are you listening to these days? And I said to him no oneBecause I just finished my nutrition degree, why would I need to listen to anyone else? Then he started to give me some resources of some of the people he was listening to. This lead me down the rabbit hole of the carnivore diet and holistic eating, away from main stream traditional way of controlling your diet. This was revolutionary for me to know how much I didn’t know. It was so humbling to realize how many more ways there are for someone to live a good life utilizing very different strategies for nutrition. When I was on this rabbit hole, one of the speakers was Dr. Gundry. He spoke about how someone asked him why he changed his opinion on one book to another. And he simply said, That’s because I didn’t know what I know now. Ask me again 10 years from now and I might change my opinion again. I now feel the exact same. Let’s mess with some gravity A coworker and I overheard heard a youth say this during a training session. This youth couldn’t have been more than 10 years old, and he was joking when he said it, but I thought it was so insightful, and hilarious. Gravity is a force that keeps us all down and grounded, but it also makes us feel heavy, tired, and it beats us down. Gravity of our lives, the gravity of our emotions, the gravity of stresses, and all of the things that keep us dow...n is what we have to battle every day. Gravity will always be there. Gravity of all the situations that we deal with, whether it is physical, emotional, or mental. And quite often is all hit the exact same time. Usually the emotional and mental ones feel entirely physical. Like, the gravity of the earth is actually keeping us from even wanting to get out of bed. However, just because gravity is there doesn’t mean we can’t battle it. This insightful youth said something very optimistic and enlightening. Let’s mess with gravity! Let’s not let gravity beat us! Let’s practice defying what is trying to do to us. Every time you get out of bed, You decide that you’re going to defy gravity. Every time you get up when your knocked down. Every time you get tired but find a way to push through, you get over the gravity in your mind. Even on the heaviest of days, know that you are pushing through, and know that you are define gravity. Defined the gravity in your body, in your heart, and in your mind.
