Metric Tip for Hydraulic Injection Gun. Before and After.

We are machining another batch of 5/16" injection valves made from 4140HT Steel.
New 5 Axis CNC Mill is up and running, the first cuts have been made!
After a long few weeks, we finally have the 2006 Hardinge xp 1000 5 axis mill in our shop!
My new shop toy arrived today, it's a Keaser SM10 screw compressor. I can't wait to enjoy the peace and quiet of this machine!
5" Dia bronze worm gears cut out using a 3d tool path with the Doosan 6 axis lathe.
Another project finished!
Super charger air intake manifolds machined from solid aluminum blocks.
Not high speed machining, but not bad for a 30 yr old machine!
