Here's to 2021! The annual meet has been approved and scheduled for the end of August. Denise Reed-Clarke and Christina Sanders have agreed to be our judges. AAC has added a veteran handlers category for really old handlers like me, giving me and Jordie more time to get around a course! There might be a few more Qualifying runs left in Jordie's career! Lots of Qs out there in the other teams!... Last summer's newbies are now ready to start preparing for a successful run or two at the August Meet! Such fun! See more

Jenna, Sarah and Brad's beautiful golden retriever, has passed away. Jenna and Jordie spent many days together as puppies and young dogs. Jenna was always patient and kind with Jordie. In his more frenzied moments, Jenna would use her teeth to hold onto his collar and and gently wait for him to settle into a more normal gear. She was a beautiful girl to watch during an agility run. Jenna took several years to earn her first Q, because her first choice after release at the st...art line, was to run out of the ring and be the Walmart greeter for all the people who were watching the meet. Sarah is a kind and patient trainer and worked very hard with Jenna to build her focus and happiness to run the course first and then greet all the strangers. Jenna and Sarah earned many Qs since then. Our thoughts are with Sarah and Brad. She was simply the best. See more
This week, a group of the Continuing Beginners (2020) will learn about clicker training and how to let their dogs think for themselves and innovate!
Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your dinner with your small gathering of family and friends!
