Let's Learn a bit more about Emily, RMT. . We have asked her some questions Here are her answers below 1. If you could travel anywhere in the world , where would it be and why? Hawaii! As much as I want to travel to new places, I always love going to Hawaii, especially Maui. I love the warm weather, the beaches, and the culture.... 2. What accomplishments are you most proud of? Earning my Bachelor’s degree, passing the registration exams to become an RMT, and running three half marathons. 3. When people ask you for health advice, what tips do you give them? Make sure you fit in time for self-care, whether it be getting fresh air, taking breaks, or booking an appointment at RTT 4. What is your favorite and least favorite food? My favorite food is pasta and least favorite is bell peppers! 5. If you could live in a book, TV show, or movie, what would it be and why? Friends! There would be lots of laughter and fun, and I miss the 90s. 6. If you could take only three items with you to a deserted island, what would they be? A lacrosse ball (to roll out my tight muscles), sunscreen and some good music. 7. What are the most rewarding aspects of your job? Being able to help patients achieve their health & wellness goals and create a space for them to relax during treatment.
