From Sheila... Here’s my product storyI’m 55-years young By the end of my 1st month- I said goodbye to sleepless nights, sleeping so much more soundly and waking refreshed! What an improvement! Noticeable improvements in joint pain, inflammation and hot flashes. 3 month update about 6-8 weeks in, better flexibility, I assume due to less inflammation? No knee pain at all, even after crisscross applesauce, no hand pain or feet pain... Hot flashes continue to improve. 6...-month update I increased my Nrf2 to 2-day, no more hot flashes!!! Here are my lab results of proof. I was always low iron ranging from 7-14 most years. ... I ‘started’ taking two NRF2 a day back in June 2017 when I started this , it’s also when my ferritin was a mere 14 and I was at a very low fatigue level, just barely making it through work . I went again for blood work just 3 months later in September 2017 where it doubled to a 35!! Now in Dec 2018 it’s 57!! I encourage you to please get blood work done if your taking it too, ask for copies of it to compare and prove it to yourself. I stopped taking all my other 10-15 bottles of vitamins except for D3.. because with NRF2 I was told your own body will make all its OWN antioxidants. I saved a lot of money!! Ask to get your blood ‘ferritin’ levels checked. I was always so anemic for 20 years..nothing that the Dr recommended helped, not iron pills or even floradix liquid iron. Imagine his surprise to see my results and what I told him I take NOW. As you can see , just the last 1 1/2 yrs since I started taking NRF2 , it has it gone UP ‘consistently’. Ferritin levels take a long time to replenish! I also just got a hair analysis done also... all my mineral levels are in the ‘blue graph line’ in the chart which means they are also all good. PS. I only took 2 a day for the first 2 months then 1 a day from there.. #nrf2
