Good Morning and back at it again with Hoofin' Around with Ruby N Friends! Once again it's the weekend and we hope all is well with everyone. This week we thought we would take a look at the expectations that we have vs the reality that we get lolol! Every once in a while we allow ourselves to imagine our slumber so peaceful and relaxing..and then..NO, gotta love them Fur Babies lol!! Here’s to all the scratches, back aches, snoring frenzies, room deodorizing night...s with our pals. Ruby’s pad would like to wish a Happy Saturday to all and to remind everyone that Groomers will be back to regular grooming business as of Tuesday Feb 16. We are accepting all grooms as we are aware that restrictions have affected us all and the fur babies need attention more than ever! We must all follow curbside pick up, masks to be worn, and no customer congestion - by individual booked appointments only. We must all appreciate that some grooms will be longer than normal and may be additional time and fees. All scenarios to be discussed prior to groom, we will try our best to help get their lives back on track! We look forward to a great year serving our local and surrounding communities! Good morning to all from Ruby's Pad! Since restrictions have been extended and we really do not know when they will be lifted it will be a tough go for pets AGAIN! Pet grooming is deemed non-essential and we are hoping with enough emails and letters we can get that changed. A lot of us are curb side already so not much would change! We had started a partnership for nail trimming with Pet Valu a few months back and due to closures we still cannot commit to our next date of... Feb 12th as previous stated! This does sadden us due to the condition that some nails where in after the last shutdown and pets need this service. **Nail trimming (due to extended length) if your pet does require can be maintained. Nails growing into pads, curling around pad or growing out malformed are all issues that do require immediate attention for the health of the pet.** If your dog (while in shutdown) does require such assistance feel free to contact us and see where we can help out. The last shut down several clients were told by their vet to get groomers to fix nail issues if they could. We are all in a very strange time right now and we need to stick together as a community, friends and family! These are very exciting times for Ruby’s Pad as we begin 2021 and grow our business!! We would like to remind everyone that "ALL DOGS ARE WELCOME" and ANY Full Grooms in the month of January will be entered in a draw Jan 31st for a FREE GROOM!! Yes we are accepting new client appointments for ANY dog breeds and are looking forward to meeting more Fur Babies and Parents! We will be re-opening Jan 11th, government permitting of course! Please do not hesitate to reach out ...to us if you have any questions. Good Morning from Ruby's Pad! Unfortunately due to recent restrictions for Covid protocols we will have to cancel Pet Valu Nail Day scheduled for January 8th. We are trying to keep our 2nd friday of the month as our dates so the next scheduled date will be the Friday February 12th! We will repost as the date comes closer! We are sorry for any inconvenience, unfortunately it is out of our control! ... Any pets that would like to drop by our shop in Mckerrow can do so by app't, we will reopen (after the 2 week shutdown) Jan 11th as we are permitted. HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM RUBY’S PAD! We would like to say a big Thank You to all the Fur Parents that have put their trust in us to bring their Fur Babies in for a visit. We have seen where we had to take the extra mile for the sake of the pet and see the appreciation from the the fur babies/parents, this is why we are here!
