This is a complete exterior renovation project we ended the season off with in sherwood park. The exterior of the home was completely redone in armourside metal siding from Wayne’s building products in edmonton the stone installed is wolf creek and the colours work wonderfully together. all the metal trims were custom bent on site. We also completed all the grading around the property and installed underground drainage to run the sump pumps away from the home and allow them t...o drain off further away from the building. We then added a large composite deck on the back of the home. The decking choice was armadillo, amazing product to work with, I will put up another post dedicated to the deck and specific products supplied by @windsorplywood.shpk best place around for all your decking needs. The aluminum railings used are vista rail. This was our first time installing them, we have since used them on three other projects another amazing product! This is a yard that we recently repaired for the building owner, scroll to the end for the before picture. This yard had seen years of heavy truck traffic without much maintenance and had reached the point of needing a major overhaul, we began by stripping off and digging out the larger soft spots and trouble areas then set a proper grade before laying out some 30/30 combi grid woven geo textile fabric then we laid a 12 inch layer of recycled concrete mixed with asphalt millings in multiple lifts with compaction in order to achieve a well compacted and sloped final product that will stand up to many more years of traffic and use, as with any project proper planning and the use of the right products to achieve the desired outcome is key! #nisku #yegbuilders #yegexcavation #yegsmallbusinessowner #yegbusiness #yegrealestate
