After careful consideration I have decided to cancel All future appointments. At this point I have too many appointments to attempt to reschedule. I thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing all your pets again in the very near future. I had hoped things would be back to norma fairly quickly but I am beginning to believe we are in this for the long haul. Please watch for updates on our page.... Ruff Cuts will be closed while we do our part to slow the spread. Jason Kenney has ordered all non essential and all personal service businesses to close. I have emailed and am hoping to be added to the essential list however until I hear back I am erring on the side of caution. If you have an appointment next week I will be in touch. A post in regards to covid-19. In light of the current pandemic we are taking extra precautions in the shop. We will continue to operate regular business hours with a few adjustments: No walk ins including nail trims, appointment booking or just to visit. ... This virus can be carried on your pet and it’s belongings we will require all pets to be bathed immediately upon entering the facility. If your pet is severely matted or requires hand stripping and can not go directly to bath you will be required reschedule. Please remove your pets collar and leash and take them with you. Please come as close to your drop off and pick up time as possible to limit customer interaction. Hand sanitizer and wipes are available at the counter. Extra cleaning will be done throughout the day. E-transfer is available if preferred. Please do not come to the shop or send your pet if you or someone in your home is sick. Please call to reschedule as soon as someone in your home shows symptoms and your appointment is within the next 2 weeks. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and I thank you for your understanding and thoughtfulness at this time. Becky

Due to High volumes of requested appointments we are unfortunately unable to take on any new clients, and have had to remove the option to book online as we are having troubles keeping up with all the messages.
