We are greatly missing our clients!!!!

Closure update: Today's press conference brought with the stay home order and extension on date for when we might be allowed to reopen. At this time our date has been extended until February 11. Until then, stay home when you can, stay healthy and keep brushing your dog. Our call back list continues to grow. If you had an appointment that we have had to cancel, you are on the list. If you have called the salon and left a message you are on the list also.... We miss all our dog friends and their special people. We will see you soon.

Hey All!!!!! I just wanted to post an update in regards to our lockdown. Yes, we are still closed unfortunately. I have had some clients message me that other grooming salons are open and I would like to just clarify things for you. There are some cities whos grooming salons were given permission from their Mayor and By- Law to remain open, curbside only. St. Catharines, however, is not one of them. Happy Holidays! We hope everyone had a safe and Merry Christmas. Starting Boxing Day, as you realize, Ontario has been put back into lockdown mode. This means, that in accordance with provincial restrictions all grooming appointments scheduled over the next few weeks will be cancelled. Jessie, Virginia and Maria will be in touch this week to cancel appointments. We will start a reschedule list to book appointments once we know what the official restart date will be. We are hopeful this shut down will not extend past 1 month! So please be patient, we will get past this soon. Wishing you a Happy New Year!

EDIT - THIS NAIL TRIM CLINIC IS NOW FULL CLIENTS - We have added a nail trim clinic with our new bather Taylor!!!! It will be held tomorrow (wednesday Dec. 23rd) from 5:00pm-7:00pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, we will not be accepting any walk-ins. This will help as the groomers schedules are beyond full! Please call 905 687 6985 to book your appointment. We are busy grooming so you will get the machine, please leave a message with your name, number, dogs name, dog breed and a time frame that works for you! we will get back to you with an appointment.
