Fartlek’s make us faster! Fartlek is Swedish for speed play Fartlek training are periods of fast running intermixed with periods of slower running.... A simple example would be sprint between 1-2 telephone polls and then run at medium effort until you get to the stop sign (4-6 telephone polls). Repeat this sequence as desired.
