Had a great day in Swift Current for the pen show! These are the 2 pair we brought in. We managed to snag a second place with the calf on the left, 37H, and the first cow off the trailer. The calf on the right is 79H.

Rounding up cows this morning for the Swift Current pen show! 12:00 at the exhibition grounds. We’ll be bringing 2 bull calf pairs from our new sire, Red Six Mile Stealth!

Also new for 2021, we are gonna have a great selection of hiefer bulls from Flying K thunder 205F. We bought him for his excellent feet along with calving ease and a well uddered dam. He bred exceptionally well and calved like a dream. Also we are gonna have hiefer bulls from our JRRA 9E bull which is from our Flying k Wyoming 27C bull. He also calved excellent for us and his calves had very good growth so we decided to keep a son and keep his line going. The green tagged hiefer has a March thunder calf at her side. And the purple tagged hiefer has a February 9E calf at her side, she also is an outcross pedigree with badlands alliance in her background.

We are very excited about our new herd sire Stealth (SIXM 269F) from Six Mile and his calves. This year we have him out with 43 cows and he’s holding his own. He’s a good footed, smooth traveller that covers the cows well. His calves have been stand outs since birth, with moderate calving ease (80-90lbs) and excellent growth and muscle shape at a young age.
