We pray that we can see clearly and uproot the reality of racism and bigotry in society. #presbyterian #dailyprayers #church #Christian

Better late than never?! Here's the final of five interactive 'Advent Living Rooms’ from the Synod of CNOB! Enjoy one each week over the course of this Advent and Christmas season. Click on the items in each of the Living Rooms to open up the stories, recipes, crafts, adventures and music each of them hold! Advent is a time of waiting as we prepare and build our anticipation for the coming of Christ. These Living Rooms are one way we can prepare, enjoying the stories and act...ivities of each week as we also look forward to the week yet to come. By clicking on the link you will be taken directly to the Living Room and will be able to interact with it. Each Living Room looks very similar, but not identical; watch the Christmas tree each week and see how it is transformed. The white board on the living room wall will let you know what week it is as it invites participants to click on the candle on the fireplace mantle first. These weekly stories come from Young Children and Worship by Sonja Stewart and Jerome Berryman, with each story building on the previous one as we travel on our way to Bethlehem. Enjoy all the fun activities in this week's Living Room! Christmas Eve - December 24, 2020 https://bit.ly/3lCvCu5
