Meet our Baby Educator, Lauren. Lauren grew up on a farm in the small town of Burtt’s Corner. Being the oldest child in her family, Lauren realized the love and joy being around children brought her. After high school she attended NBCC where she obtained her Early Childhood Education certificate. Her favourite part of working at Runts ‘n’ Rascals is being surrounded by a supportive, fun, stress-free environment! In Laurens free time, you can find her going on hikes with her dog, chasing waterfalls with friends, or staying in with a good book or a movie.

Meet our Preschool Educator, Melissa. Melissa grew up in a small town just outside of Ottawa, Ontario, and came to us from Calgary, Alberta after a year of adventuring. Melissa always had a passion for working with children and being part of their early interests in life. Her journey working with children began 7 years ago, and she obtained her diploma in Early Childhood Education in August 2017 from St. Lawrence College. Her favourite part of working at Runts ‘n’ Rascals is being part of a positive and fun atmosphere. In her free time, Melissa loves to explore new places and go on photo shoots with her husband who is a very talented photographer!

Our summer camp crew have been having a blast this summer! They've been soaking up the sun every chance they get and have been such a big help this year with our vegetable garden.

Our 2's have been enjoying this beautiful weather to the fullest and spending every moment we can outdoors!
