Run with soup is making care packages for our homeless the ones that live on the streets. They are cold hungry and need some major loving. If you're interested in being a part of this we need warm socks tukes gloves hand warmers toothbrushes toothpaste just simple things and maybe some goodies cookies chocolate it's always nice to have an uplifting treat in the care package we will be delivering these packages on the 24th after the restaurant closes or given them out as they ...come in for their hot soup. Be a part of this wonderful thing that we are doing be a part of run with soup. If you cannot do item donations we will take cash and put it into the funds everything must be at the restaurant by next Monday Tuesday at the latest sorry for the short notice I just didn't get a chance to get this out to everybody. So this is the beginning process of the soups today this one is a rock in Moroccan and from there we build up into this amazing healthy delicious meal.

This is one of my gluten-free pumpkin pies made from chickpea flour that I made today, we will be making these on request if you're interested in any for Christmas or just a nice dessert for the weekend give me a call. I'll whip one up for you I can also add meringue to it if you would like or take it the way it is and put coconut whipping cream on it. $18.00 each

This young man is hard at work making 18 sandwiches for one of our clients what a beautiful job he does there's definitely love in his food.

We have a new Mediterranean lunch special coming next week. It will be a beautiful spinach walnut apple salad with fried halloumi And on the side foul mudammas which is a fried bean with garlic olive oil. This dish is vegetarian if you remove the cheese it is the vegan so delicious unbelievable.

Again we just want to thank all the sunshine coasters, visitors for making us their number one lunch on the go.

My heart is broken from the sad news that I got this morning about batch 44 being vandalized. I really cannot believe that our community is dealing with such things really you have to make the restaurant suffer when they are already suffering enough there is help in our community for people that are in need this is not acceptable behavior.
