Rural Roots recently built a fence for a Tofield resident. Here is what she posted in Rural Roots reviews: Awesome job! Very meticulous! Honest and Fair! Would highly recommend! - Elly Minge The property owner decided that 5 posts from a previous fence along the back of the property were still sound, so could be reused, though quite crooked. They were ok with a crooked fence in the back, but I wasn't. I made a special effort to straighten the old posts so that the fence could be made acceptably straight. Rural roots put a flyer in our mailbox saying they could help us remove the black knot in a tree of ours. There was no pressure at all to use his services. When... we called to inquire he already had a quote as he kept track of our address...it was so easy! He came the next business day, was efficient, cleaned up, and charged a fair price! Thank you Rural Roots!! See more

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Barry Holland to handle any type of outdoor repair. I regularly use his services and have never been disappointed. Yesterday the provincial government announced new limitations on non-essential businesses. When considering most of Rural Roots' services it appears that the restrictions have no effect on services such as tree pruning and removal, or outdoor construction projects. Meeting with customers will comply with the restrictions in the manner of the former restrictions. 2 m distance. For reference here are the restrictions as of 29 March - Close-contact businesses (including hair s...alons and barbershops, tattoo and piercing studios, aesthetic services, as well as wellness studios and clinics and non-emergency and non-critical health services provided by regulated health professionals or registered professionals including dentistry, physiotherapy, massage, podiatry, chiropractic and optometry services.) - Dine-in restaurants (will no longer be able to offer dine-in service. Take-out and delivery services will continue to be available.) - Non-essential retail services (that fall into the categories of clothing, computer and gaming stores, and services in shopping malls and shopping centres such as hobby and toys, gift and specialty items and furniture.)
