I sometimes wonder if customers are aware of that. Trying something new is always a challenge and it often means making several attempts and prototypes to reach the resultat we are expecting. Please be aware that when you are asking something specific to an artisan, you won't pay just for the final product (but for hours of work... behind, sketchings, prototypes, materiel, tools, acknowledge, name it). I am so tired of it. If you find it too expensive, you better do it yourself. Swipe to see a close up of a good example of what I am trying to explain here. Making an eye pendant isn't an innate gift, I wasn't born knowing how to create this.
