Hello everyone. We have had a phone call from the public health inspector based on a complaint about our ad in The Leader last week. We are considered essential so we are allowed to be open as a bed and breakfast. Based on the regulations that govern bed and breakfasts we are also allowed to serve up to 9 people in the house dinner and drinks. This is when we are permitted by the provincial government to reopen food services. As the ad clearly states: Once we are per...mitted... and given the go ahead . At that point based on guidelines from the provincial government we will offer safe and socially distanced areas for people to enjoy the space and the serenity of Russell Manor Bed & Breakfast. We are working hard on learning and taking all precautions to keep our guests and our community as safe as possible.
