To all our R&W customers, friends and family, we wanted to let you all know that we are still open for business. All our staff have been given the "Talk" about washing hands regularly, disinfecting commonly touched surfaces in our shop 3 times a day, and with having the biggest shop in town we are able to easily self distance from each other while working. We have taken extra precautions before, during, and after our repairs. Along with our usual pre wash we now disinfect ALL ...vehicles before we start any repairs, and after detailing vehicles when they are completed, we disinfect them once again. SGI is only doing tow through claims at their shop, which means all other claims will be dispatched to a shop of the customers choice. To make things easier if you have an estimate that needs to be done or repairs that need to be completed, we will pick up your vehicle, and return it to your house disinfecting it each time, no need for you to leave the house. We would just like to remind people that we don't just fix cars, trucks, vans, suvs ect......but we fix semis, buses, motorhomes, (glass in any of those 3 as well) camper trailers, boats, sleds, and motorcycles. If it has paint and moves we will be more then happy to help you out. Stay safe everyone, and a huge shout out to all the front line workers, working long hard hours to keep all of us safe!!! We always tell people that even though an accident may seem "small" you don't truly know the extent of the damage till we take it apart. This Murano came in fo...r what looked like a rear bumper and taillight, after being rear ended. Once the tech took it apart he found multiple pieces of steel hidden, that were compromised from the collision, now requiring replacement. It's important to choose a shop that has the knowledge, training, eye and expertise to understand a collison to make your vehicle as safe as it was before the collision! It's not always this "extreme" but we always make sure to find every bit of damage!! See more
Giving this baby a facelift before the car show in Saskatoon on April 15 16. We brought in this 1966 Malibu in gave it a Color sand and polish. The paint job on this car is 30 years old and it looks great. Gota love these old cars.
Some of the very difficult challenges we face in the autbody shop is paint matching. You see in the first picture is a spray out card that we use to help in the process of matching paint. Now in the second picture is the same card the only change we made was to shine a light on the face of the card, which totally changed the look of the card. The 3rd picture was the finished product. This process takes some time and knowledge of how pigments and metallics react to light. It’s not as easy as getting a can of paint and spraying it on the panel. That is one thing we take pride in here at the shop in making sure we have the vehicles have the right colour after the repair.
Happy birthday to the big W in R&W custom collision !!!! He’s somewhere between ‘old enough to vote’ and ‘too young to get the senior’s discount ‘some places ! Happy birthday Ward!

Putting this Beauty back down on the frame.
Finally put a little gloss on this gorgeous 1932. Can’t wait to see it all together, stay tuned.
All back together and one sharp looking old school paint job. I think our customer is happy.
Just thought we would let you all see a video,on safe quality repairs, done at the shop. Not only do you need training, but tools and information in order to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
This is Spencer Peterson’s car. He is the guy that owns the paintless dentist a business that repaires hail damage. This is the car he travels in to come and repair dents at R&W. COOL
Being the biggest shop in town means we can facilitate the biggest of jobs. This year old semi hit a massive moose outside Big River and was towed to us to do the repairs!
R&W made that look good
Is it summer yet?
Making progress on this 32. First coat of primer now the blocking begins.
All back together and waiting for customer to pick up.
Final paint on this 1965 Ford galaxy 500. Looks great
