Reflecting on 2018, I can't help but feel an overwhelming gratitude for the opportunities I was able to walk into. I had the privilege to film 4 weddings, where I met amazing people and worked alongside talented local photographers. In August I accepted an employment opportunity at Memorial University as Multimedia designer where I work with a fantastic team of talented people. I continued to volunteer with Bethesda Pentecostal Church to create seasonal graphics, the For S...t. John's brand, videos and print design like their biannual Engage Magazine. I have felt the encouragement and support of my wife, children, and extended family as I continue to invest in this area of my calling. I'm looking forward to 2019, and whatever it may bring my way. I've already booked some weddings and am excited to work again with amazing people! Thank you all for your encouragement and support in 2018! When I reflect on the day shooting with Shawn and Alyssa, one word repeatedly comes to mind: Joy. From moments of prepration (preceremony), the ceremony itself, and exploring cliffs and scenic sights throughout the avalon, smiles and laughter came naturally to these two.
